Homeowners (Structural Appraisals of Residential Properties)
GCA regularly undertakes structural appraisals of properties for buyers or vendors. Appraisals can either be undertaken for the whole property or an element of it if there are any tell-tale signs or if any cracking is evident.We aim to visit the property within 3-5 days of instruction and our Chartered Structural Engineers will typically spend 2-3 hours on site appraising the structural integrity of the entire property or specific problem area. A short report is then compiled and copies dispatched to clients within a further 2-3 days.
