Preliminary Case Appraisals
At an early stage in case preparation, a Preliminary Case Appraisal can minimise costs in pursuing uneconomic cases. For the majority of small construction or structural disputes, trips/falls or road traffic accidents with highway contributory factors, we review all documentary evidence (photos/case documentation) in approximately 2hrs. We produce a short report highlighting the strengths/weakness of the case as presented and recommendations for additional resources or information required to pursue the case.Timing is critical; it is essential that we are instructed at the earliest opportunity so the full range of options for moving forward can be explored before any deadlines pass.
