Part-Time Structural Surveyor  (flexible hours)

Derby / Stafford / Warwick

At GCA we have an experienced team of structural surveyors that undertake structural appraisals of commercial and domestic dwellings.  Any candidate must be able to type or dictate competent structural reports for a diverse range of structures locally and nationwide.  All structural surveyors projects are programmed and managed by our central support team in Derby and the role would suit an individual seeking flexible working hours between 7 and 30 hours per week.

Senior Structural Engineer

Derby / Warwick

GCA requires a senior structural engineer with experience in concept design, detailed design, buildability, construction tecniques, procurement and risk assessment.  The individual should have at least 4 years post-graduate experience and be prepared to take responsibility for project designs supported by engineers, technicians and Directors.  We are looking for chartered, or near chartered, senior structural engineers with the experience and the drive and ambition to fill this key role.  Future progression to Associate level is guaranteed for the right candidate.

Associate Director - Civil & Structural Engineering

Derby / Stafford / Warwick

Excellent opportunity for a commercially astute civil or structural engineer to join us at associate level, to work closely with project and associate directors. Responsibility for managing all aspects of projects to ensure delivery, client satisfaction, profitability and quality. Track record both in designing for a variety of materials and structural types, with matching experince in civil and infrastructure engineering.  The candidate must also be competent in motivating and leading professional teams.
